This system was develop for Xk net company, in Cancun, Mexico. This system began retrieving data from an internal system and showing through rules what connections was offline.

After, I build, using the offline connections, the functionality that make service's orders, its that an external agent should be solved, so, I had to make the application fully responsive, the application changed completely when you accessed from a smartphone and you were an external agent of course.

The system have a user, role and permissions system, the external agents can see only the orders assigned to him, they can check if the connections still offline or if the problem is solved and close them orders. These improved a lot the results of external agents.
